How we work together.

We value your time and the time of our technicians. We kindly request that you provide a card to be assigned to your account. This helps us prevent lost wages in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. Assigning your card does not mean any immediate charge; all payments are charged after an appointment.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost. We send three reminders: an SMS on the day of booking, an SMS confirmation 24 hours before the appointment, and an SMS reminder 1 hour before.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If time permits, we will provide partial services within the remaining appointment time, but the full price of the booked service will still apply. Failure to show up for an appointment without prior cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.

For the comfort and safety of all clients, animals are not allowed in the salon. This helps us accommodate clients with allergies or phobias and maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone.

If you bring your own materials for a service, you will be required to sign a document stating that you have no claims against our salon and DZYUBA LLC (Pixie Lab). This ensures clear responsibility for the quality of the service and any potential consequences, including allergic reactions.

The health of our clients is a priority. If your nails are not healthy or appear unhealthy, the nail technician has the right to refuse service or part of the service, such as polish application. In such cases the full price of the originally booked service will be charged. If you insist on receiving the service, you must sign a document confirming that you have no claims against our salon and DZYUBA LLC (Pixie Lab).

The technician has the right to refuse or terminate a service in the event of insults, violations of personal boundaries, or rude behavior from a client. In such cases the full price of the originally booked service will be charged.

Please ensure that all contracts are signed before your first appointment. After booking, you will receive an email with the contract for review and signature.

A 5% processing and administration fee is added to all services. Removal of a previous Pixie Lab manicure is complimentary when a new Pixie Lab service is booked in the same appointment; a $25 fee applies for full removal without a new service.
