Overview

This website is operated by DZYUBA LLC, doing business as Pixie Nail Lab / Pixie Lab (“Pixie Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), for our studios in Seattle (100 4th Ave N, Ste 145, Seattle, WA 98109) and Kirkland (12040 98th Ave NE, Unit 200A, Kirkland, WA 98034). By visiting this website, booking an appointment, purchasing a gift card, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Visiting Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Salon services

Service availability, pricing, timing, techniques, and results may vary by studio, nail artist, and individual guest. Prices on this website are shown as ranges and may change based on nail length, product selection, nail condition, design complexity, or the artist you choose.

Please tell your artist about any allergies, sensitivities, injuries, infections, medical concerns, or other conditions that may affect your service. Pixie Lab may refuse, discontinue, or modify a service when reasonably necessary for the safety of a guest or team member. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Appointments and cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance; cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 100% of the service cost. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service or need to reschedule, and the full price of the booked service still applies. Full details are in our Visiting Policy.

Online booking

Online booking is provided by Square, a third-party booking provider. When you book through Square, you are also subject to Square’s terms and privacy practices. A card on file may be required to secure your appointment; it is not charged at booking. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, appointment, and payment information.

Payments and fees

Payment is due when services are completed. A 5% processing and administration fee is added to all services. Applicable taxes and gratuities are not included in the prices shown unless specifically stated.

Completed services

Salon services are personalized and performed in person, so payments for completed services are generally non-refundable. If you have a concern, please tell your artist or the studio before leaving, or call or text your studio: Seattle (425) 219-8672 · Kirkland (425) 574-4150. Repair of 1-2 nails within 7 days of your Pixie Lab service is complimentary; other corrections are subject to assessment and appointment availability.

Gift cards

Gift cards are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase and applicable law. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash except where required by law. Pixie Lab is not responsible for unauthorized use of a lost or stolen gift card.

Pixie Love Rewards and promotions

Pixie Love Rewards is run through Square Loyalty. Stars, rewards, and redemption rules are shown on our Rewards page and in your Square loyalty account, and we may update the rewards menu from time to time. Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, studio restrictions, or exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, rewards and promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

Minors

Little Princess services are available for children up to 11 years old. Services for minors require the permission and presence of a parent or legal guardian.

Website information

We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and current. However, service descriptions, prices, hours, artists, availability, photographs, and other information may change without notice. Information in Square at the time of booking prevails. Website photographs are illustrative, and individual results may vary.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. With your consent we may also use analytics and advertising cookies or pixels, for example from Google or Meta, to understand site traffic and measure ads. You can choose “Accept” or “Essential only” in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time by clearing cookies in your browser. Your information and data retention

Information you submit through booking, contact, job application, or lead forms is used as described in our Privacy Policy. Booking and payment information is stored by Square. We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for business operations, client communication, hiring review, legal compliance, and recordkeeping, and then delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information. We do not sell personal information.

Reviews and photos

If you share reviews, photos, or messages with us or tag Pixie Lab on social media, you confirm you have the right to share them and allow us to repost them with credit, unless you ask us not to. Photos of clients are used only with their permission.

Third-party links

This website may link to Square, our online shop, maps, social networks, review sites, payment services, or other third-party websites. Pixie Lab does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, terms, security, or privacy practices. Purchases made through pixieshop.org are governed by the policies displayed there.

Intellectual property

The Pixie Nail Lab name, butterfly logo, constellation pattern, branding, website design, photographs, graphics, text, and other original content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pixie Lab is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and the mandatory consumer protections that apply where our studios operate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any revision becomes effective when posted on this page with an updated date.
